Rainbow Friends is a Roblox horror experience: a school trip to the Odd World park goes wrong, the bus empties into a locked building, and a tall blue monster with a gold crown starts hunting the children one night at a time while they gather what a voice on the speakers asks for. Getting through the first nights
- Hide early, not late: The box takes a moment to close. Drop in the second a monster turns towards you, not when it is already running; if you can see its teeth you have left it too late.
- Follow the shouts: Every 'HERE!!!' on screen marks a block a computer player has just found. Blocks cluster, so walking to the last shout usually puts two or three more in view.
- Learn the patrol loop: Each monster walks a fixed circuit round the hall. Watch one full loop from inside your box, then work the half of the room it has just left.
- Do not chase the last block: If the timer is under ten seconds and the count is short, hide and let the night end. A lost night costs nothing; a caught crewmate restarts it anyway.

Pro tip: The blue monster only sees crewmates that are moving in the open. Standing still without a box does not save you, but a box does, even when the monster walks right past it — so the fastest route through a night is box, look, sprint to the next block, box again. Two-second sprints between hides beat one long run every time.
